Only 3 Snacks – Return & Exchange Policy

At Only 3 Snacks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return and exchange policy.

 

 

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For returns due to damage, delays, non-receipt, incorrect, or missing products, we offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Photo or video proof is required to process claims related to damaged or incorrect items.

  • Refunds are processed through our internal review system and may be issued as either a full refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused at our discretion.

 

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for items of equal value.

  • Items purchased on promotion, submitted with incorrect addresses, or returned due to buyer’s remorse are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in original, sealed condition to qualify for an exchange.

 

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our support team at support@only3snacks.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the item(s)

  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label if eligible.
 Please note: Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
