At Only 3 Snacks, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
30-Day Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. An order number must be provided to process the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@only3snacks.com. Please include your order number in the email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You may open a dispute in the order section and upload photos of the product in case of damage. Our dispute team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order separately for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging—with proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@only3snacks.com.
